The Set-up Fee is due as soon as I start work on your site. I of course expect a lapse of several days for the check to be mailed (if paying by check I expect it within 7 business days).

However, I will not wait for the check--I will begin work immediately!!

Each billing period starts the 1st of the month and ends the last day of the month. I send out invoices generally around the 4th of each month, payment is expected around the 15th of the month. Arrangements can be made for you to pay more than one month at a time. I'm sorry but

I do not accept credit cards.

Some projects such as creating large web forms, setting up a Podcast host or Voicecast host, editing voice- and podcasts, or transcribing a large amount of material (more than 3 full pages of text) may require an extra fee. I will inform you of such at the time of the request.
