Monthly Maintenance $40
 
I will:
 
 Check your site daily and update/clean-up as needed.
 
 Update the Special Recogition and Director and Team Info pages
 
 Change Main Menu and Homepage backgrounds as needed. I change them at least twice a week unless you prefer I don't.
 
 Update and create custom boxes, including accompanying graphics, to showcase selling and team building ideas, inspiration and important information, etc.
 
 Create flyers and and invitations of all sorts
 
 Create new party and selling ideas
 
 Upload new material as it becomes available
 
 Upload, resize and place any photos you need on your site
 
 Remove expired contests, and flyers and invites showing old products as needed
 
 Pretty much anything else you need!
 
Priority on all requests--if you have an emergency, I am here to help!
Ground-up Build $150*
(required for new Unitnet sites)

Ground Up Build Includes:
 
 Set-up of Site Access, Log-in page, Special Recognition, Calendar of Events, and Guest Book
 
 Installation and set up of any other Main Menu Pages you desire
  Installation of Home Page and Training Center
 
 Set-up Company-wide Contests and Promotions Page
 
 Uploading and placement of any files and photos you send me 
 
  Installation of the Special Custom Menu Pages you chose.

Site-Cleanup $110*
(required for all existing sites)
 
*includes first two months' maintenance
 
Site Cleanup Includes:
 
 Backing up all your files and images
 
 Overhaul of the Training Center and Home page plus any Custom Menu pages you already have
 
 Clean-up and update of Special Recognition and Director & Team Info pages
 
 Set-up or Update of Company-wide Contests and Promotions Page
 
 Uploading and placement of any files and photos you send me
 
 Installation of the Special Custom Menu Pages you choose.

All site will have use of my Seasonal Selling Central [tons of selling ideas for every season and occaision], Gift Baskets 101 [a primer on how to make great gift baskets for every occaision and ideas for women, men and teens], and Holiday House [all things Christmas/Winter].

Set-up Fee required for all new clients.

 

 

 

The Set-up Fee is due as soon as I start work on your site. I of course expect a lapse of several days for the check to be mailed (I expect it within 7 business days).
However, I will not wait for the check--I will begin work immediately!!
 
Each billing period starts the 1st of the month and ends the last day of the month. I send out invoices generally around the 4th of each month, payment is expected around the 15th of the month.
Arrangements can be made for you to pay more than one month at a time.
I'm sorry but I do not accept credit cards.

Some projects such as creating large pdf files or transcribing a large amount of material (more than
3 full pages of text) may require an extra fee. I will inform you of such at the time of the request.
